Q1:What is the lead time for sample order and mass production?
A1:if for prismatic battery cells, lead time is about 3days. And for lifepo4 battery pack from 12v to 96v, lead time for sample is about 15days, lead time for mass production will be about 20days.

Q3:How long is the warranty for the battery?
A3:We offer usually 5years warranty some upgraded battery like household powerwall battery, we offer 10years Warranty.
Q4: How about the payment for Samples?
A4: We accept both TT ( bank transfer) or Paypal, or Alibaba.
