3. Is Battery Management System (BMS) a must in RJ 12 volt lithium battery?
Yes, if you take a look at the discharge diagram of LFP cell, you will see the working voltage of it is between 2.5V to 3.65V. within this range, the energy of a lifepo4 cells will be drawn out totally. And if discharge and charge exceed this range, it will cause damage to the lithium cells, which is not allowed. This is why we always need to make a lifepo4 12V lithium battery with a BMS inside the battery pack to protect it.
Another function that BMS will provide is the cell function. The great performance of 12 volt Lithium batery relys on the consistency of the lifepo4 cells inside it. The BMS will monitor each battery cell while charging, and provide auto cell balance at the end of charge cycle to ensure each cell will be the same voltage after charged. There are two options for Cells balance function, active and passive cell function. All RJ 12 volt lithium battery will adopt the passive cell function if not specially required, because under most of the situation, passive cell function is already enough.
4. Why 12V lithium battery safest of all li ion battery type?

UN38.3, 1.2M drop test, Destructive test, over heat test, over current test, short circuit test, when doing this, the lifepo4 cells are perfectly working without overheat, nor catch on fire, nor explosion, nor expand etc. material in LiFePO4 batteries is not hazardous, no pollusion to the environmental neither. Each lifepo4 lithium prismatic cell has a vault in the outer shell, when unexpected air generated internally, it will automatically open to release the extra pressure of air, this makes sure no explosion possible.
