2.Q: What is the expected lifespan of your battery?
A: more than 20years under normal circumstances. We gurantee at least 6000cycles at 100%DOD.
3.Q: How can I assemble 24V200ah lifepo4 battery pack with your prismatic single cells?
A: you need 8s1p, that is 8pcs 3.2v prismatic 200ah single cells, and put them in series, along with our matching BMS and battery connectors, then you can get a completed 24V200AH battery pack.
We can provide you detail instruction on assemble if needed. Just feel free to contact us and let us know.
4.Q: How can I do about the payment?
A: We accept many payment method, like T/T, western union. Paypal etc.
5.Q: Can I charge your 48V battery with my existing lead acid battery charger?
A: that depends, usually we recommend client to charge our battery with our matching charger, but if you already have a charger and the charging voltage is 58.4V , then it is suitable to charge our 48V battery, note, if the charging voltage too low, then the battery might not be fully charged, and if the charging voltage is too high, then it might damage the battery life cycles. You can always ask us for advise before you take any move.
5.Q: Is the battery made with any BMS inside?
A: yes, all of our battereis are made with a BMS inside to protect battery from any damage from over charge, discharge, over current and short circuit, besides, our BMS also provide a cell balance functions to ensure the consisency of our battery, this is very key factory when it comes to lithium battery, high consistency makes our battery a longer lifecyles, which we guarantee 6000cycles @100%DOD.
6.Q: Can I read out data from your battery to monitor the operation status?
A: yes, we offer different ways of battery communications, which is RS232/RS485/Bluetooth, if bluetooth, you simple open a app in phone and connect with our battery, then you can read out real time operational data for our battery including votlage, current, temperature, power of load, expecting enegy consumption etc. and if you choose RS485 then we will provide a line with USB for you to plug into your computer, then you install a software we provided to monitor the battery operation. It is always very convenient and it is totally plug and play.
7.Q: I have lead acid battery before, now I want to replace them with lifepo4 battery, can I use your battery?
A: exactly! Our battery is designed to replace the existing lead acid battery, which is out of dated and will be disappering in the market soon. We have a 12V series that can use to relace the lead acid battery directly. Our 12V battery has various capacity from 10Ah, 20Ah, 40Ah, 50Ah, 60Ah, 80Ah, 100aH, 120Ah, 150Ah, 200Ah, 250Ah, 300Ah, 500Ah, 800AH, 1000aH. We can customize as required.
