Q3: I see the batery is very heavy and wondering what your package is?
A3: For large heave battery, like 48V200AH, 24V400AH, 15kwh, 20kwh etc, We will pack the battery with cartoon box, and then re pack with wooden box. This will ensure no damage to the battery during transporation internationally. If you have other specific requirements on the package, we can help make it for you too. Just let us know about it.
Q4: Can I get the battery within a few days, maybe a week?
A4: yes, for 3.2V lifepo4 battery cells, with capacity from 10ah to 271ah, if you buy such battery cells and assemble DIY, we can ship them immediately after you place the order, because we keep a large stock of prismatic cells and they are ready to ship at any time.
