    A1: if you has cooperated with us for at least 1years, our company policy is to offer free sample for our new coming product. And if you are new customer to our company, our company policy is to return the sample fee to you when you place your second order.

    Q4: How long does it take to deliver the goods after I pay my order?

    A4: if you purchase our prismatic battery cells, then the lead time is 3days, and delivery time by express takes about 5days, so it will be about 8days to arriave at your place after order placed and payment confirmed.

    If you buy battery pack, we usually do not keep a stock of battery pack, we only produce upon order, therefore, the production time is about 15days, and the delivery time varys from 5days to 20days, depends on delivery by air or by sea, so it will takes about 20-35days after you pay your order. We will always keep you updated every step of our production and send you tracking number when your order shipped.
